What charges me my commitment to optimize my fitness and healthy. When I turned 40, I decided that my dedication was for my overall long-term health goals as I mature. Until a person has a personal reason to pursue health and fitness, it doesn't become a way of life; it's just a state of mind. I lost 4 years due to unexpected health issues. My drive for my comeback is to hit it hard exponentially and take it to a whole new level. I want to be there to be able to stand for my family.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I enjoy hitting the gym 3x/wk. On weekends, work out at Santa Monica Muscle Beach, its amazing! Also, I hit it at home. In the past, I've done Insanity and PX90 prior to having taking ill. My comeback drive us to hit it exponentially hard and take it to a whole new level.

What would you do with $20,000?

First, I would thank you guys for an awesome life changing opportunity. Also, I have some family members that really can use financial assistance and need some medical care. If it's cool work with you guys too create a $500 fitness scholarship for a mature person who really wants to take control of their health and fitness.
