What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is through functional, full-body workouts that build strength, endurance, and resilience. Obstacle-course training challenges grip strength, cardiovascular capacity, mobility, and mental toughness simultaneously. I combine strength training, conditioning, and recovery work to stay balanced, injury-resistant, and prepared for real-world performance.
What would you do with $20,000?I would reinvest the $20,000 into expanding access to health and fitness through training resources, community programs, and education. A portion would support my family, while the rest would go toward helping others build sustainable habits around movement, nutrition, and mindset. The goal would be to create long-term impact, not a short-term win.
