Receive Text UpdatesA year ago, I found myself trapped inside a body that felt like a prison, burdened by 315 pounds of weight and a life filled with the constant feeling of “not good enough.” Choosing to change wasn’t about following a gym routine; it was a silent battle for my very existence, fought in the lonely hours before dawn when every step felt like scaling a mountain. Through the arduous journey of a hundred-pound transformation, I didn’t merely shed the weight; I forged a soul of iron, trading 100 pounds
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?At 315 lbs, I’d had enough. I hit the gym twice daily for six months to jumpstart my transformation. Now, I stay fit with an allowed 1,600–2,500 calories, hitting every muscle twice weekly. I perform 5 sets per exercise, starting at 15–20 reps and dropping to 10–15, scaling down until the final set where I push to total failure. Daily meditation keeps me focused, while the sauna ensures recovery. This is about the discipline I gained.
What would you do with $20,000?If I had $20,000 in my hands right now, I wouldn’t see it as just money. I’d see it as the doorway I’ve been fighting toward my entire life. I’ve been through more than most people will ever know—setbacks, disappointments, moments where it felt like everything was stacked against me. But every time life tried to break me, I got back up. I kept pushing because I’ve always believed I was meant for something bigger. My dream has always been to open my own business.
