Receive Text UpdatesAfter being told I might never lift again following a severe shoulder injury, and later rebuilding my body after a heart attack, I learned first-hand that consistent, patient training can heal. Fitness fuels me because it represents discipline, resilience, and self-trust. I train not to prove anything overnight, but to show what’s possible when you commit daily, listen to your body, and refuse to give up.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I train with a structured Push/Pull/Legs routine focused on hypertrophy, strength, and joint health, combined with regular conditioning and daily walking. I prioritize controlled reps, recovery, and consistency over ego lifting. Staying fit for me means training in a way I can sustain for decades, not weeks.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d use the $20,000 to support cardiac recovery and longevity programs, helping heart attack survivors access rehab, fitness education, and safe strength training.
