Receive Text UpdatesAt first my passion just came from motivation to lose weight. I fell in love with the process along the way. I found a joy in bodybuilding. I can set goals each week, and achieve them. Seeing my self improving is addicting. And showing others how I did this feels great. I think every one is capable of far more then they believe and I intend to show them it's possible. There's always a better version of us out there. So I keep chasing that and setting a standard for others and myself. Show up!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I follow a classic body building program I guess you could say, training close to failure, I do fasted cardio each morning, I hit a daily step count. I train a push, pull, legs split. Or an upper lower split. Sometimes a combination of both making it a 5 day split. My favorite muscle groups to work are all my back muscles and recently I've found a sick love for legs. Nutrition is also apart of fitness! I follow a meal plan and keeps me in line with my goals depending on the phase I'm in.
What would you do with $20,000?This is a question I had to really ponder. But honestly, I'm pretty boring and consistent. I do want to further my education in some capacity, maybe in human services like social work. I'd also like to take a course in nutrition or maybe become a certified pt. The other thing I'd do is purchase a different vehicle to get around in, my current one needs some work I've been saving to do. And the 3rd thing is I'd make a donation to a cause I'd find worth while involving addicts/save what's left.
