Receive Text UpdatesI didn't grow up with stability - addiction and chaos were normal. Fitness gave me something solid to hold onto when everything else was falling apart. Lifting built my confidence, discipline, and purpose. Staying fit keeps me sober and keeps me focused on the future, not my past. I had a rough upbringing, I was addicted to Meth by 13, in prison by 20. I’m 37 and I’ve been clean for 9 years thanks to the weights!!!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Weight training - heavy, consistent, simple. It's not about being perfect in the gym, it's about showing up and progressing. Every rep is another day I choose the better version of myself.
What would you do with $20,000?I'd pay it forward - support the people and programs that helped pull me out of addiction and darkness. If I had the chance to give someone else a lifeline the way I got one, that's where the money would go.
