Whether divorce, substance abuse, or social media pressures, I want to be a positive example to other men struggling through life'schallenges. I also recently became represented by a modeling/acting agency so the new opportunity development keeps me wanting to continue my natural pursuit further. Seeing where I came from versus where I am today and my two beautiful daughters ultimately drive me to be the father and man I was called to be.

I work with a bodybuilding prep coach 365 days out of the year. I have a 5 day lifting split tailored to me specifically as a natural men's physique competitor as well as a meal plan. Since I work from home at a desk job, I use a walking pad while I work on a raised desk. I also meal prep focusing on not just macros for bodybuilding, but micronutrient dense whole foods for overall health and longevity. My bachelor's in Exercise Science also gives me the ability to make adjustments as needed.

I would be grateful for the opportunity to both pay off remaining debt and pay it forward to my parents for their past and continued support. This would put me in a better position to pursue my dream career of helping/ coaching other men to achieve their health/fitness related goals and become the best version of themselves.
