I'm driven by the dedication of others, seeing people improve not only their health but also in their personal lives. Being fit, gives you confidence outside the gym, the confidence to speak up when needed, and to assist those who can't. That's what drives me, other people's dedication.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is with clubbells and kettlebells, being a Jiu-jitsu black belt, too much barbell work leaves me stiff and immobile. Sports happen on many different planes and so does life, we need to be prepared to move our bodies in times of emergency.
What would you do with $20,000?When I win this competition I plan on using the funds to improve my gym, improve my ability to train others and advice my knowledge in the field of neuroscience. Helping improve balance to decrease injury when life happens. Giving people the ability to live independently in our 80s & 90s.
