What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Both weight training and cardio they are on the same level. Weights in the morning and cardio in the afternoon. I swim miles but also do a modified CrossFit style workout at my home garage.
What would you do with $20,000?Not really sure, but it would go to good use maybe buy some more garage equipment or pay a few years in advance at my three gyms I belong too!!!
