What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love a mix of strength training and functional conditioning & building muscle. Staying athletic and moving with purpose is a very important part of my workouts.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d reinvest it directly into my fitness brand to improve client resources, expand digital programs, and create tools that help more people get stronger and healthier. And by doing so it’ll allow me to be able to buy my dream property to build my dream house for my family and I.
