My passion for health and fitness comes from a combination of mental health battles and personal health goals. I value and appreciate physical ability and overall feeling energized. Growing up participating in a variety of sports created my love for physical exercise and competitiveness when it comes to strength and endurance. Lifting weights gave me the opportunity to better myself every day, fostering consistent physical and mental growth and improvement which is what I value most.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Lifting weights is my favourite way to stay fit and increase strength and aesthetics. However, playing sports such as hockey and baseball are important to me as they give me the opportunity to improve cardiovascular health and have fun doing it.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use it towards my education, to complete my business degree and obtain a personal training certificate so I can pursue online and in person fitness coaching. It will go directly to supporting my goals and career in health and fitness.
