Jack Lalanne, Jackie Chan, and 1980s action stars in short. But more than that my desire to test my capabilities and never succumb to the stereotype that you have to actually grow old. I refuse to stay down. Torn ACL at 35, backflip 6 months later. Torn Achilles at 47, successfully testing for K9 unit 3.5 months later and backflipping 5.5 months post op. What fuels me is the spirit within me. I do not fold to the challenges of this world.

I love calisthenics, martial arts, tumbling and parkour. My record is 50 (strict) pull-ups in a row. I love doing back-flips and back-flip burpees. I love training with my kids. I love testing myself to see what I can survive, overcome and do with this body while always testing my limits. I rode two seperate bulls, at the age of 48, not 8 months after tearing my Achilles. My favorite method of training...is Mental Fortitude. Because what the mind believes, the body will prove.

Down payment for a home so I can be reunited with my family. I will also start my martial arts school with some of the funds. I am an 8th degree Professor in Kempo Karate and I would love to pass on my knowledge to my 3 year old son, and promote him, while I am alive.
