Receive Text UpdatesSince a young age, I’ve always wanted to see what my body is naturally capable of becoming, and I strive to find its limits daily. I grew up in a competitive family and community where you had to prove yourself as an athlete and a competitor. I believe being physically fit says a lot about someone - it shows you’re disciplined, hard working, and consistent. It is the ultimate form of self respect. I also believe being physically healthy ties directly to being mentally healthy.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I think it is important to train diversely. I like to incorporate multiple types of training. I try to train as an “athlete” and less as a body builder or power lifter. My week typically consists of 4 days of lifting, 2 HIITS, and 3-5 runs. I incorporate stretching, explosiveness, and mobility. I use mostly free weights and incorporate compound lifts (the most important in my opinion), as I think this is the best way to build strength and maintain a balanced physique.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest the money into the non-medical, in-home care business my roommate and I are starting. Our company will provide experienced caretakers to assist elderly, injured, or impaired individuals in their own home. This is a better alternative to sending loved ones to a facility of some sort.
