Receive Text UpdatesMy love for health and fitness started when I realized my muscles wanted more attention than my fridge. As a trainer and strongman, I’m basically a human wrecking ball with a heart of gold and a knack for turning grunts into an art form. I’m fueled by the thrill of lifting heavy things and the endless quest to see if I can still fit into my superhero costume. But the real flex? Sometimes I impersonate Eddie Hall (as Eddie Smalls) Worlds strongest man.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train and stay fit is through strength training, which challenges me both physically and mentally. I have a special passion for deadlifts—there’s nothing like the raw power and focus it demands. Overhead pressing holds a special place for me because it took so much dedication and hard work to master, and the sense of accomplishment is incredible. While bench pressing isn't typically part of strongman training, I enjoy it for the variety and strength it builds.
What would you do with $20,000?If I had $20,000, I’d start by giving some of it to the local YMCA to support their programs—after all, community fitness spaces are where many journeys begin. I’d also invest in helping my students compete in strongman and strongwoman events, giving them the resources and opportunities to chase their strength goals and prove just how powerful they can be. And of course, I’d make sure to do something special with my family—because at the end of the day, strength isn’t just about lifting weights
