Receive Text UpdatesThe summer before high school, I started noticing the Ulysses Williams Jr, Greg Plitt, Mike O'Hearn's on the magazines while shopping with my mom or walking past GNC and immediately knew I wanted to look like them. What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I like hybrid split training. Combining aerobic or anaerobic jump rope, rower, cycling or kettle bell elements to stay relatively athletic and functional. Then mostly a legs/shoulders, chest/tricep, back/bicep lifting 3-sets x 8-12 combining strength & volume.
What would you do with $20,000?I've always wanted to go to Panama City, Dominican Republic & Brazil so take trips there, upgrade some at home fitness equipment, redecorate my apartment, have a gym drip shopping spree, get a much needed new camera lens and buy a new quieter ninja or nutribullet cuz unfortunately everyone in my building knows when I make smoothies ( sounds like propeller engine haha! )
