My passion for health and fitness started with my mom. She always pushed me to play sports and to do and be the best I could be. I took that attitude with me into my adult years. I competed in bodybuilding 2 years ago and placed 3rd in my first show in her memory, after she passed. That same passion now drives me to remain healthy and strong as I get older and try to inspire more people for a healthier lifestyle. My attitude is "if I can do it, so can you"!😃💪🏻

I've been very sports minded my entire life, but have always admired the bodybuilding look. The lean large muscles, the symmetrical lines, the dedication to a single goal of the pros. I got serious into bodybuilding years ago, and wanted to compete. Bodybuilding and the gym is my favorite way to train for strength and longevity as I turn 59. It's my passion for the gym that drives me to train harder and to live a longer fulfilling life.

For me it's not just about the $20,000, but rather to be featured in your magazine. My successes in reshaping my body at my age has drawn many people to ask how and what I did to get there. So I hope to inspire as many people to get motivated and exercise. Im retiring from law enforcement in the next year or two so the money would help with my retirement and to help keep me training and living a good life of fitness. I would also share my good fortune with my family, for believing in me.
