My passion for health and fitness comes from helping people in recovery find a stronger path forward. Too often, addiction is replaced with sugar and self-destructive habits. Fitness rebuilds the body, sharpens the mind, and restores discipline, confidence, and purpose. I lead by example,for those in recovery, and for my wife, daughter, and family who fuel my drive every day.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My training begins at 2:30 a.m. with a fasted workout before a 4 a.m. workday. I prepare my nutrition in advance to lead with discipline. My job becomes functional training, 12k+ steps in steel-toe boots while lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, and deadlifting with intention and proper form. After work, I train high-rep for longevity, and on days off I prioritize mobility and strong, compound movement.
What would you do with $20,000?I can’t help everyone, but I can help a few. If I win the $20,000, I’ll support people in recovery with gym memberships and nutrition guidance to help them rebuild through fitness. Their progress will spark momentum, shifting recovery away from sugar-based coping toward strength, discipline, and purpose. I’ll also invest in home equipment to lead by example through daily, consistent practice.
