What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I start every day with 54 push ups as soon as my feet hit the floor...I usually prefer to workout alone, at my local Onelife. I dont plan a whole lot. Just what body part I'm working. Then I throw my headphones on and go. I end EVERY workout with 5 laps pushing and pulling 180lb sled 100 feet. Then 50 push ups, and a 25 min sauna. I go 4-5 days a week.
What would you do with $20,000?Last year I decided to get in the best physical and mental shape of my life. This year Im applying that to my financial health as well. I am 26 payments from paying off my house, and have about $20,000 worth of debt left to pay off. That ,$20,000 would leave me debt free with only a house payment. 🙏
