My passion for health and fitness comes from the journey it took to get here. I started at a low division school with no offers and was constantly told I wasn’t good enough. Through training, discipline, and belief in myself, I transformed my body and my game going from throwing 80mph to now 90mph and earning my spot at a Division I pitcher. Fitness became the foundation that proved I could rise above every doubt and reach the level I’m at today.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

As an athlete, my favorite way to train is through explosive, and athletic based workouts. I focus on single leg and single arm movements, moving heavy weight with speed to build power, rotation, and quickness. Training with purpose keeps every session intense and efficient. It’s basically HIIT for athletes, and it’s helped me stay strong, explosive, and game ready.

What would you do with $20,000?

With the $20,000 I would use the money to help complete my masters. I would also put the money to help elevate my athletic performance, expand my coaching impact, and grow my fitness and service based business. This opportunity would help me invest in better training, better tools, and create programs that inspire and support more people on their health journey. Also while being a student athlete it is very hard to have a job. This money would help me out a lot with just groceries and rent.
