What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I am constantly changing fitness goals. I'll complete various 6 week to 16 week challenges that include strength, enduranance, and physique goals. Regardless of my current goals, I always maintain functionality and flexibility.
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000 I'd put towards a down-payment to a house for my wife and 5 kids. Maybe I'd use a little bit to buy some supplements.
