Researching and testing how much more I can increase someone's explosiveness, strength and endurance give me great satisfaction in the health and fitness field. Seeing someone's quality of life increase with physical exercise, especially if I am the person educating them on safety, scheduling and technique, inspire me to continue helping the world while also bettering myself as well.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite types of exercises are linked to my experiences as a division 2 track athlete, which were interval training in the form of sprints, and high intensity resistance training. I love running, power lifting and calisthenics, so mixing in 3 full body resistance exercises in a week for about 2 hours at a time with 3 cardio days is very appealing to me.
What would you do with $20,000?I am a Student Physical Therapist at the New York Institute of Technology. I would use these funds to help support my education and research. It's been my dream since highschool to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy, so every little bit of support goes a long way to completing my education and achieving my goal of helping others reach their dreams.
