What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I enjoy mixing strength training with running because it keeps me balanced physically and mentally. More than anything, I focus on consistency. Training doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to be sustainable and something you can keep showing up for.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d use half toward my honeymoon to celebrate a season of hard work and growth. The other half would go straight into upgrading equipment in our home gym so we can better serve our local community. Building a healthy life should include both connection and giving back, and this would support both.
