Connect What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

I have been a dedicated and competitive athlete since the age of 5 with a deep passion for fitness and community. What fuels my passion now is the constant journey to take what I’ve learned and experienced through my tenure in the fitness industry as an athlete and a professional, and to share that with the world! Many people need a coach/mentor, a leader, a person that they can count on to help them over the hurdles along their fitness journey and I believe that is a large part of my calling!

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

My favorite way to train and stay fit is with a mixture of bodybuilding/hypertrophy training and functional training. I also combine practices such as yoga in my regimen as a form of active recovery and as well as promoting a deeper mind-body connection.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would use the $20,000 to invest into my clientele as well as our fitness brand/community, "Fit Force 1". This would help us expand our reach, fund projects in youth sports, and even go forth (a lot sooner than planned) with purchasing our own space to train and build an in-person community instead of only an online presence. This would also allow for more innovation and evolution of our offerings and impact to the fitness community.
