Connect What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

I have many friends and family members who at one point, were the pictures of health. Over time and development of bad habits, they find themselves living a life of sedation and medication. Being in the position over the past 20 years to help them find their way back to a healthier lifestyle keeps my passion for health and fitness high as a leader to the ones I love.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

My favorite way to train now is through muscular endurance. Whether I am lifting weights or doing calisthenics, I keep the rep count high, at least 20. My goal is to do 100 repetitions of whatever the exercise is.. I.e. 5 sets of 20. I have managed to grow in size over the years and increase my cardio vascular capacity while dramatically reducing my fatigue levels.

What would you do with $20,000?

After taking care of any outstanding bills I have, my main goal would be to finance the passing of the torch! I have an 11 year old daughter who is developing into an athlete. Softball is all she thinks of now, but she’s touched on gymnastics as well as volleyball. Whether she grows into an extraordinary softball player or ventures out into other sports, with this money, her opportunities won’t be limited by finance.
