My discipline has allowed me to be one of the fastest to ever benchpress over 900lbs in competition. After bench pressing over 900 in 2 weight classes, i started kicking footballs again after 15 years and got invited to the John Carney/UFL Specialist showcase, haven't been signed yet. I want my children to see that you really can accomplish anything you put your mind to.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I found powerlifting about 10 months after my mom passed away, and it gave me new goals to shoot for and pull me out of my mental pit I was in. Right now, since I am chasing a dream of kicking in the NFL, I have to be explosive and for that I use a combination of powerlifting, resistance band training, rowing and boxing. That allowed me to drop nearly 50 pounds from 289 down to 239 and drop my body fat down to 16%. My 2 girls also love training with me at the gym and have been since they were 3.
What would you do with $20,000?have 2 ministries that I run full time, 1 is a devotional ministry, where I am able to share with about 330 people a day individually. The other is a bible ministry, where I provide bibles and cases for people that need one and don't have one, or for anybody that God laid on my heart. I could buy a lot more bibles and bless a lot more people, including my family with that $20,000. Not everything I have is mine, even money, sometimes I'm just holding on to for another person.
