What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

My favorite way to train is Push/Pull/Legs—the perfect blend of heavy strength work and hypertrophy volume that builds a powerful, aesthetic physique. I’ve tried every split over the years, but PPL keeps me hooked with progressive overload and chasing PRs on big lifts. Despite a physically demanding job, I hit the gym 3–6 days a week and never let anything stop me. Strength training isn’t just exercise; it’s my drive to constantly get better.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I won the $20,000, my fiance and I would put it toward a down payment on our first home. We recently moved in with her parents to help care for them, and we’re incredibly grateful, but we dream of having our own place to build our future and start a family. This prize would bring that dream so much closer and allow us to keep supporting her parents while stepping into the next chapter of our lives. Fitness gave me the strength to push forward—this would be the ultimate reward.
