My passion for health and fitness is fueled by a lifetime in sport and performance. Training taught me discipline, resilience, and accountability, but coaching showed me the real power, helping others gain confidence, strength, and purpose. Fitness isn’t just physical; it’s a tool to build better humans, and that impact drives me every day.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favourite way to train is functional, high-intensity work that blends strength, endurance, and mental grit. I love sessions that challenge the whole body—running, sleds, lifts, and conditioning, because they build real-world fitness, sharpen focus, and keep training purposeful and competitive.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d invest it into expanding access to fitness, supporting community programs, youth sport, and coaching resources—while upgrading training equipment to help more people train safely, perform better, and build lifelong habits of health, confidence, and resilience.
