Receive Text UpdatesMy passion comes from my background as a former Division I athlete with Olympic-level aspirations. Fitness shaped my identity, and even after competition, I’ve kept discipline, consistency, growth, and leadership as my core drivers. It keeps me grounded, focused, and resilient.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I train with the same intent as when I were Division I/Olympic-bound: structured, purposeful, and demanding. Strength training is my foundation, paired with conditioning and mobility for durability. I focus on competing with myself, not chasing hype or aesthetics.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d invest it into building a scalable wellness platform, covering certification, branding, equipment, and content production. The goal is to create structured programs for beginners and former athletes that emphasize discipline, longevity, and mental resilience. I’d also allocate funds toward marketing and community outreach to make fitness more accessible and impactful.
