What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

My favorite way to train my clients is what I like to call HIGH VOLUME CIRCUIT TRAINING it's basically a style that combines cardio bodyweight exercises HITT strength conditioning and weight training into a circuit format ...... we start with a 30 second timer and as the client develops we increase to not exceed 60 seconds (well not yet anyways 😉)

What would you do with $20,000?

If i win the 20,000 i would put it all into getting new commercial grade equipment for my fitness studio in which is in dire need of new equipment... also I would like to charge less for training so I can maximize the amount of people I can help in my community if I can lower prices and upgrade my equipment I can help more people maximize results and cover rent expenses at my current location 20,000 would go a very long way in my circumstance and would help me leave a positive impact on my commu
