Connect What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

My passion is fueled by transformation. I’ve been overweight, underweight, depressed, and undisciplined. I rebuilt myself naturally through faith, structure, and relentless consistency. Through God and fitness, I have learned discipline, self respect, and balance. Health and fitness saved my life, and now I feel called to help others realize they aren’t broken, they just haven’t found their strength yet.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

Weightlifting is my therapy. Training consistently taught me discipline when motivation was gone. Every rep represents choosing growth over comfort. Lifting weights isn’t just physical for me, it’s mental and spiritual. Every workout is a reminder of how far I’ve come and an opportunity to push past limits, build confidence, and stay grounded.

What would you do with $20,000?

If i won i’d love to give back to my Mom, because she’s always been my biggest supporter and has helped me become who i am today. With what’s left I would invest it into building a larger platform. My goal is to show people that real change doesn’t require shortcuts, or drugs. Just discipline and consistency. I want to share my knowledge about the honest struggles in fitness, and prove that anyone can change if they commit.
