My struggles in life have help fuel my desire to be the best me I can be. Fat,Ex-Addiction,Ex-alcoholism,bone disease causing 2 hip replacements have made me do a deep dive mentally. Thru discipline and consistency mentally & physically I've over come my obstacles. Helping others avoid my mistakes fuels me even more. LIFTING WEIGHTS IS THERAPY! I do mainly negative resistance weight training. It's like getting 2 work outs at 1 time. At nearly 55 yrs old I have had to really listen to my body, trial and error of course, to do less weight but really concentrate on good form and fight the weight (tug a war) with what I'm lifting. Always remember that NO ONE CAN PUSH YOU TO YOUR LIMITS LIKE YOU CAN!Make reasonable goals & stick to them cause results will come and they speak for their own.

First off, get my mother the Biggest bouquet of Flowers she's Ever Seen! Then pay off surgery bills and get my car fixed. I ALSO want to start an Inspirational T-Shirt Company that focuses on POSITIVE MESSAGES. I want to share my recovery story with the world and let them know They Are Not Alone and there IS POWER IN NUMBERS. RECOVERY IS NO LONGER VIEWED AS A WEAKNESS BUT A STRENGTH FEW DARE TRY AND ACHIEVE. COME AND GET SOME OF THIS FOR YOURSELF!
