I started when I was a kid.I been on a streak of weight trying starting 04/09/2019 and still going.I also like looking good and feeling good.My wife loves it! I get a lot of compliments from men,women and kids.The attention from others also keeps me motivated. My gains and reaching goals is what truly motivates me.I seem to get a little bit better every year.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Weightlifting and diet are equally important. Weightlifting with my partners is fun.I am good at dieting. I really dont mind cutting weght,but eating and bulking is more enjoyable for sure.Weghtlifting with my friends is my favorite part of what I do.I do progressive overload.I do a light warm up set. 4- 10 rep 2 sets.One max or close to max.I finish with a light one minute time under tension set.I ended 2025 strong.Highlights include upside-down sit ups holding a 75lb dumbell in front of face.
What would you do with $20,000?First thing I would do is invite all my family friends over for a celebration B.B.Q.Second,spend the money to become a personal trainer.The rest on paying off debts.
