Receive Text UpdatesI just love it! I still find ways to stay motivated - some days are harder than others, but I know the workouts, whatever it is that day, will be beneficial. Taking care of our bodies for overall health and active longevity is for everyone. If I can inspire/motivate and demonstrate to others that resistance training and staying active no matter your age is beneficial - that fuels me to keep working hard. Fitness benefits my other hobbies and activities in life as well.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Resistance training (weightlifting) is the majority of my fitness regimen and that is usually 4-5 days per week. I do prefer cycling for my cardio but lately I have been shooting hoops just to let my fast twitch muscles know that I haven't forgotten them. LOL! I spent a lot of time cycling as a younger athlete and may get back to spending more time on the bike in the future. For now, though my motto is " Resistance is necessary". Body squats and push-ups when gym time isn't available.
What would you do with $20,000?Take my wife on a nice little vacation, bless someone in need and invest the rest. Thank you all for the opportunity!
