What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?CrossFit Wod Monday through Friday at 630 am. On Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays I do additional coaches programming for another hour which helps to increase my functional mobility work with Multiple Sclerosis.
What would you do with $20,000?Monday, I just got word on that I qualified to compete in Miami I had until Thursday at 8 AM to make my decision unfortunately it’s very costly and with the added medical expenses on top of trying to compete is very difficult. I would use the money to continue to increase my mobility. I would use that to travel the world competing in CrossFit and to teach and show people just because you have something that ails you doesn’t mean it’s over. I want to be an inspiration to the world.
