Receive Text UpdatesFrom the start I just wanted to be strong and I did it. I was able to squat a 500 pound regulation squat and because of it my heart rate went down to 32 beats per minute. To this day my heart rate is 44 beats per minute at 69 years old. Strength and health helped me become super fit and I can curl.200 pounds dumbbells at age 69.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I work out twice a week for average of 2 hours each time and run on the beach 🏖️ path 3 times a week for about 20 miles a week. I also do yoga movements to keep me mentally healthy.
What would you do with $20,000?Well I use to be a production manager and ran one of the largest fitness companies in the ninties called Pacific Fitness which was sold to Life Fitness in 99. I have high tech ideas for fitness machines that I haven’t seen yet. I would try to build a prototype.
