I’m 53 years old and working out has been my hobby for 40 plus years. Proof that performance enhancing drugs aren’t needed for fitness.

What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

Ultimately I am working toward longevity and quality of life as I age. My father passed away at 49 from colon cancer, that’s been my motivation…

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

Training like a bodybuilder has always been what I’ve enjoyed, cardio not do much. As well, I pride myself on being athletic as I age. At 53, I still occasionally do sprinting and jumping. Simply stated I have always enjoyed doing athletic activities.

What would you do with $20,000?

Generally I am a saver and I would put it in to my Fidelity Investment Account (early retirement could be in 2027), but since it would be Fitness Related upgrading my garage gym and outside gym with newer equipment would also be a great idea!
