Receive Text UpdatesIn 2009, I had a 250 lb window fall on my head at work—loosing my eyesight, memory, balance, and speech. My goal was to get everything back through fitness. Fitness was my life. I needed to get serious. Without fitness, I don’t know where I would be, but I got it all back. It took years to get it but consistency believing in myself and forgetting the past were the key to my success. Don’t look back—always look forward. With brain surgery and epilepsy, Without H&F it would not have happened.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love my calisthenics mixed in with my 30 years of taekwondo training and coaching really brings a diversified style of training. I train hard every day six days a week because I love it. It’s my lifestyle even with all the roadblocks we face today. it’s always a journey. I love it.
What would you do with $20,000?20. K would help me with my marketing to get my company up and running properly. It’s called high-performance results group. It’s frustrating not having proper funding. 20 K will give me a massive boost. I’m a Hybrid functional endurance strength fitness trainer.
