Receive Text UpdatesLife after the Marine Corps challenged me in ways I didn’t expect. Medications impacted my body and mental health, and I fell into a difficult slump. The gym became my lifeline. I wear a 22 necklace to honor the veterans we lose to suicide and as a daily reminder to keep fighting. Training helps me rebuild mentally and physically—and reminds me I’m still here for a reason.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I train with purpose—strength training and conditioning that challenge both the body and the mind. The gym isn’t just physical for me; it’s therapy, discipline, and accountability. Every session is about rebuilding confidence, regaining control, and pushing past the limits I once thought would hold me back.
What would you do with $20,000?Winning would allow me to continue investing in my health, training, and long-term stability, while also giving back. I would donate a portion to a veteran-focused organization like Wounded Warrior Project or a similar group supporting mental health and recovery. This journey isn’t just about me—it’s about proving that healing, purpose, and giving back are possible after service.
