What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Weight training (for strength, but aesthetics are my main focus), running, MMA, and working on the bag are my favourite ways to train. The split I perfected for myself is this: chest (rear delts), arms, legs, shoulders (tri’s), back (bi’s), legs (glute focused). Rotating abs and cardio every day.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use a quarter to half of the winnings for things I need to take care of, and I would use the rest to invest in making myself more valuable. I believe this would help me to start working towards the ideas and dreams I have.
