What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I typically train 6 days a week alternating between total body HIIT/plyo workouts, and hypertrophic training, mixing calisthenics with weight training. As a former Muay Thai fighter, it helps me keep my endurance up by incorporating Muay Thai drills and bag work into my routine.”
What would you do with $20,000?It is my dream to one day open my own gym and take my fitness business to the next level. Helping clients reach their goals and training to compete/fight in Muay Thai, possible even mma while maintaining my duties as father and head of the household would be awesome! I would also provide training to student athletes.
