It's the only thing that we actually own coming into this world and leaving with. Our health and fitness should be top priority in everyones life and I genuinely enjoying not just being an example for my friends and family, but also being able to help as many people as I can to show them that living a healthy fit life is the abselute best way to live. It your work, you personal life, and allows you to stick around as long as possible enjoyinh this beautiful gift called LIFE!

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

My routine now walking up early around 5:30-6am, I go on an hour walk rain or shine listening to something educational, productive, positive, or just with my own thoughts. After work I head to the gym, stretch for 15min and do my workout(weightlifting) routine. On weekends I try to go on a hike or some outdoor activity connecting with nature. Health and Fitness isnt just about our body but also your mind.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would use part of it to reinvest in my business and the rest to Marry my best friend, she's been the most magical part of my life and drives me to be the best version of myself. Eventually I would like to open a Hybrid Gym and Wellness center to help others become healthier and create the best versions of themselves for their friends and family.
