Receive Text UpdatesContinuous learning, longevity and beating father time. It's not just about living long but being able to have a healthy lifestyle and still perform at an elite level. In my case, I want to take that further and compete against the best at my age. This not only builds me physically but helps stay healthy mentally. While I do not have any world titles for bodybuilding, I have achieved that in the sport of Jiu Jitsu.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Training and competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I was also a former sprinter and mix that into my fitness routine. My favourite muscle building exercise is pull-ups. My record is 50 reps.
What would you do with $20,000?All this money would go back into the Jiu Jitsu community. I would travel to compete in major competitions against other men my age around the continent and possibly the world. I would also attend some of the seminars held by the most accomplished jiu jitsu athletes in the world as well as hold my own seminars to share my knowledge.
