Receive Text UpdatesAlways loved challenging myself in different aspects of fitness as well as reading Self help books. Would pedal exercise bike for 8 hours with out getting off while training for upcoming triathlon season. Run 1/2 marathon mountain runs, cross fit, Mountain biking etc. Started dreaming up Birthday challenges. 65th Birthday 65 mile challenge, 39 mile run/jog/walk and 26 mile bike. Friends came and did a lap or two with me. Was a personal trainer in DE after retiring early.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Functional fitness, love crossfit mentality. Circuit or full body workouts, Today bike 8 miles, 300 squats,100 pull ups, 300 ab roller and 300 pushups. Usually 7 days a week. Love pushing myself. If not drenched in sweat, heavy breathing and heart rate maxed out, I'm not working hard enough. I'll add muscle ups and 100 incline hammer strength increasing weight every set every other day. No rest between exercises, as little rest as possible between sets. Energy left over to play all day.
What would you do with $20,000?Invite my family on a vacation to Hawaii Or Italy? Maybe a drum set? After buildng a sound proof studio. Lol
