Receive Text UpdatesI've seen and experienced the difference between good and bad health. I've watched people's lives change for the better because they improved their mental health, started eating healthier, or started exercising. I've gone through it myself by caring for by body by getting into fitness and exercise and caring for my mind by going to therapy. Its an amazing feeling and I want that for everybody.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I really like the gym, I go at least 5 days a week. I also like martial arts, I know wrestling, muay thai, kenpo, jiu juitsu, and tang soo do. I've taught Kenpo to all ages for the last 7 years, too. Its allowed me to help kids and adults stay fit and lead healthy lives. I've also been getting into yoga by taking classes in college and am looking into getting a yoga instructor certification.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use it to help pay for a yoga instructor certification I've been wanting. Id use some of it to help pay for my college tuition. I'd look for some charities to donate to. I also might buy some nice gym clothes or something.
