Receive Text UpdatesFitness fuels me because it gave me a sense of control and confidence when life felt overwhelming. As an autistic adult, training became my anchor, helping me manage stress, build discipline, and prove that consistency creates independence. Every mile and lift represents growth beyond expectations.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is progressive overload—getting stronger and faster over time. I focus on adding weight beyond what’s comfortable and pushing my running distance, pace, or endurance each cycle. Progress, not perfection, keeps me motivated and constantly evolving as an athlete.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d invest $20,000 into autism education and advocacy—supporting programs that teach independence, health, and confidence through movement. Helping others gain access to resources that changed my life would turn that money into long-term impact.
