It’s carryover into the rest of my life. I have huge goals I want to achieve, and when I venture into something new, like anyone else I have fears and doubts. But when I show myself time and time again that I can achieve and replicate world class results in the gym, that confidence fuels my success everywhere else. Without the gym, I wouldn’t have what success I have today.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I’m old school. I love training heavy, intense, pushing to failure as often as I can etc. Bodybuilding at its core. I love bodybuilding training the most, but I see huge results when I sprinkle strength work in there. Keeps me hard, dense, and sets me apart from everyone else. Whatever it takes to make me the best I can be, I’m gonna do it.
What would you do with $20,000?I have a coaching business I want to fuel and grow as much as I can so I can propose to and start a family with my lady. I’m extremely family oriented and that’s at the route of my drive towards becoming successful. I’d use it to grow my business and take the quality and volume of my business to the next level. Thankfully I drive a car I love, I live in a beautiful townhome and have a great wardrobe, so I have no need to spend it on anything frivolous or on materialistic.
